Intellectual Property Policy
What belongs to AlphaVerse, what you're licensed to use, and what happens when that line gets crossed.
In short: everything AlphaVerse builds — our code, designs, AI systems, indicators, tools, automations and content — is our intellectual property. Using our products gives you a license to use them, not ownership of them. Copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering any part of AlphaVerse without permission is not allowed.

What This Policy Covers
This Intellectual Property Policy applies to everything AlphaVerse creates, builds, and publishes, including but not limited to:
- Source code — every script, application, backend system and codebase we write
- Designs — UI/UX layouts, wireframes, visual systems and product design work
- Logos & brand assets — the AlphaVerse name, logo, color palette, typography and visual identity
- AI systems — the models, prompts, pipelines and proprietary logic behind our AI-driven features
- Indicators — our custom trading indicators and their underlying calculations and logic
- Trading tools — dashboards, calculators, journals and analysis tools we build
- Automation systems — our trade automation, execution and signal-delivery infrastructure
- Website content — page layouts, copy, structure and functionality across our website and apps
- Images & videos — original graphics, screen recordings, tutorials and visual media we produce
- Documentation — guides, manuals, help articles and internal know-how we publish
Together, we refer to all of this as AlphaVerse IP.
Ownership
AlphaVerse — and its founders, team and licensors — own all right, title and interest in and to AlphaVerse IP, including every copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property right attached to it.
Nothing about purchasing a subscription, using a free tool, joining a community, or interacting with our website transfers any ownership of that IP to you. Access is not ownership. This applies whether you're a casual visitor, a paying client, an affiliate, or a partner.
Any improvements, updates, or new versions we release — including future iterations of our indicators, automation systems or AI systems — remain AlphaVerse IP under the same terms as the original.
Licensing
When you subscribe to or purchase access to an AlphaVerse product — an indicator, a tool, an automation system, a course or any other offering — we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your own personal or internal trading purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially redistribute any AlphaVerse product
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from our source code, indicators, AI systems or automation logic
- Share paid access, credentials, or licensed tools with people who haven't purchased their own access
- Use AlphaVerse IP to build, train, or improve a competing product or service
- Remove, obscure, or alter any branding, watermark, or copyright notice attached to our products
Your license lasts for as long as your subscription or purchase remains active and in good standing, and ends automatically if it lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated for a violation of our terms.
Unauthorized Use
Any use of AlphaVerse IP outside the scope of the license described above is unauthorized. This includes, without limitation:
- Cloning or rebuilding our indicators, tools, or automation systems using our logic or code as a starting point
- Repackaging our signals, content or educational material under a different name or brand
- Using our logo, name, or brand assets to imply an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that doesn't exist
- Scraping, copying, or republishing our website content, documentation, images or videos elsewhere
- Training an AI model, dataset, or system on our proprietary code, prompts, or AI systems
If we identify unauthorized use of AlphaVerse IP, we may suspend or terminate the responsible account's access, issue a formal takedown request, and pursue any other remedy available to us under applicable law.
Third-Party Trademarks
References to third-party platforms, brokers, prop trading firms, charting software, or other tools throughout our website and products — by name, logo, or otherwise — are used for identification purposes only. All such trademarks, service marks and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.
Mentioning a third-party platform or referencing compatibility with it does not imply that AlphaVerse is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that company, and does not transfer any rights in that company's marks to AlphaVerse or to you.
Feedback & Contributions
If you send us feedback, feature requests, bug reports, or suggestions about any AlphaVerse product, you agree that we can use that feedback freely — including incorporating it into our indicators, tools, AI systems or documentation — without any obligation to compensate you or credit you.
Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of AlphaVerse IP and take violations seriously. Depending on the severity and nature of the issue, our response may include a direct request to stop, revocation of access or licenses, removal of infringing content, or legal action where warranted.
