Privacy Policy

How AlphaVerse collects, uses and protects your information across our website, contact channels and services.

In short: we collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services — your contact details, messages and basic site usage data. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold at any time.

Introduction

AlphaVerse ("we", "us", "our") is a technology studio building AI Solutions, Trading Solutions, Web Development and Automation Services for clients around the world. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or reach out to us, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

This policy applies to our website, our WhatsApp and Telegram contact channels, our contact forms, and any other service where this policy is linked. By using our website or contacting us through these channels, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit personal information to us.

We've written this policy to be genuinely readable rather than dense legal text. If anything is unclear, reach out — we're happy to explain further.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Information you give us directly — such as your name, WhatsApp number, email address, company name, and project details, when you fill out a contact form, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or otherwise reach out about our services.
  • Communications data — the content of messages you send us through WhatsApp, Telegram, contact forms, or email, so we can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
  • Technical and usage data — information collected automatically when you browse our website, such as your approximate location (based on IP address), browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.
  • Cookie data — small pieces of data stored in your browser, described in more detail in the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, religious or political data), and we ask that you avoid including this kind of information in messages to us.

03

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request, including AI automation, trading tools, and web development work.
  • Communicate with you about your project, including through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or contact form replies.
  • Understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve its content, performance and design.
  • Maintain the security of our website and detect or prevent misuse.
  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones described in this policy without asking you first.

04

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to help it function properly and to understand how the site is being used.

  • Essential cookies, which are needed for the website to work correctly (for example, remembering your language preference).
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand traffic patterns and usage in aggregate, so we can improve the site.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function, but the core content will still be available to you.

05

Analytics

We use website analytics tools to understand how people find and use our site — for example, which pages are visited most, how long visitors stay, and which devices or browsers are common among our audience. This may include analytics tooling built into our hosting provider, alongside other analytics services we may adopt over time.

Analytics data is generally aggregated and used to improve the website; it is not used to build detailed individual profiles for advertising purposes.

06

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run our website and communicate with you. These currently include, or may in the future include:

  • Our website hosting provider — the infrastructure service that serves our website and processes basic technical data (like IP addresses and request logs) needed to do so.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram — messaging platforms you may use to contact us; messages sent through these apps are also subject to WhatsApp's and Telegram's own privacy policies.
  • Resend — an email delivery service we may use to send transactional emails, such as confirmations or replies to inquiries.
  • OpenAI and other AI providers — which may power AI features or automations we build for our website or for client projects.
  • Other third-party tools we may adopt over time to support hosting, analytics, communication or automation, always with the aim of using reputable providers.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them where relevant. We choose providers that we believe handle data responsibly, but we don't control their systems directly.

07

International Data Transfers

Because we use international hosting, messaging and AI providers, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own — including countries that may have different data protection laws than where you live.

Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards that our third-party providers have in place for cross-border data transfers, and we work only with providers we consider reputable. If you have concerns about international transfers, please contact us and we'll do our best to address them.

08

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it — for example, to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we aim to delete or anonymize it. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, see the Your Rights section below.

09

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including using secure (HTTPS) connections for our website and limiting access to personal information to those who need it to do their work.

That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If you ever have concerns about the security of information you've shared with us, please let us know.

10

Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you, which can include the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal or legitimate business reasons we may have to retain it.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain ways we use your information.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on your consent to process your information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

11

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals old enough to enter into agreements for our services, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

12

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, as our services, tools or legal obligations change. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.

We encourage you to review this page occasionally so you're aware of how we're protecting your information.

13

Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, or want to exercise any of the rights described above, reach out to us at alphaverse.io@gmail.com. We're happy to help.
