Terms of Service

The agreement that governs how you work with AlphaVerse — written to be clear, fair, and easy to reference.

In short: every project is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. You own what we build for you once it's paid in full, work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, and our tools are provided as-is without guaranteed outcomes.

01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AlphaVerse's website and your engagement with any of our services — including AI Solutions, Trading Solutions, Website Development, Automation, Digital Products, Indicators and Custom Software.

By browsing our website, sending us a project inquiry, accepting a proposal, or making a payment for any AlphaVerse service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're engaging us on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on that company's behalf.

02

Services

AlphaVerse designs, builds and delivers technology services across the following areas:

  • AI Solutions — AI agents, chatbots and intelligent workflows built for your business.
  • Trading Solutions — technical indicators, dashboards and trading tools.
  • Website Development — landing pages, business websites and premium interactive builds.
  • Automation — workflow systems that connect your tools, data and communication channels.
  • Digital Products — pre-built templates, indicators and other productized tools available on a one-time or subscription basis.
  • Custom Software — bespoke applications scoped to a specific business need.

The exact deliverables, features and specifications for any engagement are defined in the proposal, quote, invoice or written agreement for that project — not by this page alone.

03

Project Scope

Every project is scoped in writing before work begins, whether that's a formal proposal, a quote, or a written summary agreed over WhatsApp, Telegram or email. This scope defines what is included in the price and timeline you've agreed to.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — new features, additional pages, extra integrations, or a change in direction after work has started — are treated as separate work. We'll always flag this to you and agree on pricing and timeline before proceeding, rather than simply expanding the original project.

04

Client Responsibilities

To deliver a project well and on time, we rely on your input along the way. As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, goals and requirements.
  • Supply any content, credentials, brand assets or access (e.g. to accounts, APIs or platforms) needed to complete the work.
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable time.
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in providing the above may in turn delay project timelines, and we're not responsible for missed dates caused by late client input.

05

Payments

Pricing for each project is agreed in advance and set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Depending on the project, we may request a deposit before work begins, milestone payments as work progresses, or full payment upfront for smaller projects and digital products.

Subscription-based products, such as trading indicators, are billed on the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

If a payment is significantly overdue, we reserve the right to pause work, suspend access to delivered tools, or delay delivery until the account is brought current. We'll always communicate with you before doing so.

06

Delivery Timelines

We provide timelines in good faith, based on the scope agreed and a reasonable pace of collaboration. Typical ranges are shared upfront for each service (for example, a landing page delivered in days rather than weeks, versus a larger automation or custom software build that takes longer).

Timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including delayed client feedback, third-party platform issues, or changes requested mid-project. Where this happens, we'll let you know as early as possible and agree on a revised timeline together.

07

Revisions

Most projects include an agreed number of revision rounds, specified in your proposal, so you can request adjustments to design, copy or functionality after the initial delivery.

Revisions that go beyond what was scoped — such as a substantial redesign, a new feature, or changes that reverse earlier approved decisions — are treated as additional work and quoted separately, rather than absorbed into the original project.

08

Intellectual Property

Once a project is delivered and paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you — such as your website, custom application, or bespoke automation — transfers to you, except where third-party components (like licensed libraries, fonts, or platforms) remain governed by their own licenses.

AlphaVerse retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, indicators, code libraries and general methodologies used to build your project, even where they're incorporated into the final deliverable. These underlying assets are not exclusive to any one client and may be reused or improved for future work.

Unless you request confidentiality in writing, we may reference completed projects in our portfolio, case studies or marketing materials.

09

Third-Party Services

Many of our projects depend on third-party platforms and services — such as hosting providers, messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram, AI providers, payment processors, or trading data and broker platforms.

These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, which are outside our control. AlphaVerse is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers, though we'll do our best to adapt your project where reasonably possible if this happens.

10

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work carefully and stand behind the quality of what we build, we cannot guarantee that any website, automation, AI system, or trading tool will be completely free of errors or will produce a specific business outcome.

Trading Solutions, indicators and related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of trading performance or profit. Trading involves risk, and any decisions made using our tools are your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaVerse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

11

Termination

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. If you terminate a project partway through, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point, and for any costs already committed on your behalf (such as third-party licenses purchased for the project).

We may suspend or terminate access to a service if payment is not made as agreed, or if we reasonably believe our services are being used in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or that damages our systems, reputation, or other clients.

12

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

For active projects, any material change that affects an ongoing engagement will be communicated to you directly, rather than relying on this page alone.

13

Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, or about a specific project or agreement, reach out to us at alphaverse.io@gmail.com. We're happy to talk it through.
